Orders, Payments & Shipping
When you place your order we package and post your item to the address specified during purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for any address mistakes made on your order form so please check for any errors before completing payment.
We will send you an email to inform you when your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched.
You have the option at checkout to select local pick up in Alness or Royal Mail postage. Royal Mail postage is a flat fee of £5 per order or free postage if you order over £50 worth of products and input discount code OVER50 at checkout
Returns & Refunds Policy
Our returns policy gives you 14 days to change your mind. You can return any items within this 14 day period. If more than 14 days has passed we are afraid we cannot offer you a return or exchange unless the item is faulty.
Any refunds will depend on the item being returned in a saleable condition, with no signs of use or damage to the product or packaging. If the product is not in its original packaging, or is damaged then we will not be obligated to refund you.
*only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
*Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item you are returning costs over £40 we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If we provide you with a replacement item we will cover the costs of shipping this to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Dalmore Aromas respect your privacy and we will never share your information with anyone.
As part of the order process it is necessary to collect some of your information such as your name, address, email and phone number.
We will use this information to process your order and send you information on the dispatch of your order.
